Volunteer Application

Volunteers are the heart of Sussex SummerFEST. We value volunteering as a means for people to share, learn, and connect with our community. We greatly respect the time, skills and dedication that our volunteers bring to the festival each year. We are committed to providing appropriate and safe responsibilities, applicable orientation and training, effective leadership, fair evaluation and meaningful recognition for all volunteers as well as the opportunity to grow, create and engage with others.

If you are interested in more than one position with us, please submit only one application. You can list additional roles in which you're interested in the comments section at the bottom of this form.

Please note that RCMP background checks may be required for some positions. Please do not request a record check from the RCMP detachment until directed by us. We are unable to reimburse any fees for out-of-schedule record checks.

While we do our best to accommodate the volunteer role listed on this application we may need to make adjustments due to operational need. You'll be contacted by our Volunteers Captain if we need to move you to a different position.

Sussex Tourism Festival Inc reserves the right to share anonymized data for the purposes of reporting. This information may include statistics on gender, bilingualism, and residence as required by grantors. We will never share personally identifiable information without your consent.
